Money sent to rong seller due to error

Hello everyone
I have a cery serious problem, i have ordered a book this morning with a price of 761€
After purchasing the book i wemt under my orders and clicked on bank details to get the bank details for the bank wire, however due to some kind of error that i never encountered before i was shown the bank details from the another order i have previous made, therefore i ended up paying 761€ to the rong seller as my most recent purchase wasnt updated on the site ! So the seller is bought a book prior of this one recived an unjustified 761€
I have contacted booklooker and explained the situation and they said i should wait for a reply from the seller and most probaly she will issue a refund, but of course the seller is completely ignoring my emails and messages so most probably she will not issue any kind of refund!
The seller that recived the money its registered in Germany and using a german bank altough her name is Ukrainian!
Since she is completely ihnoring me i decided to make a new order from her for an item of the same value thinking this way i will have some kind of protection from Booklooker!
Any opinions on the situation? Should i consider the money lost? Anything that booklooker can do in this situation?

Please excuse me. My English is not very good, because I learnd it long ago and I had not much practice.
But I will try to give you a helping answer.

1. Have a little patience. It is much money, but the problem is only since this morning.
Some sellers don't check their mails at every time. Some sellers don't make online-banking and cannot check directly if they got money, whatever right or wrong.
2. Have you tried to find the phonenumber of the person you sent the money?
3. If there is no contact with this person in the next two days, get in touch with your bank or
the german bank to where you sent the money.
4. In my opinion, the last option is the police and an accuse of embezzlement.

Some years ago I had the same problem, but from the other side.
I got more than 100 Euro and I didn't knew from whom, but I knew that it was wrong.
Some days later I've got a letter, not an e-mail, from a bank with the IBAN and some other informations to verify, to send the money back.
I don't know anymore if it was from my own bank or from the bank from the person who sent me the money.
It took about a week until the problem was solved.

One point about the bank account: it is usually not easy to make a typo of only 1 or 2 digits in an IBAN and still get a valid German IBAN. The IBAN has check digits, so most small typing errors should be rejected by the bank. You can try it yourself here: https://www.gemeindex.de/iban

Put in the correct IBAN once, and then the wrong IBAN to which you sent the money. If both are valid, then it was probably not just a simple 1-digit typo, but a real existing/valid IBAN was used.

Also, I would not see anything suspicious in a Ukrainian person having a German bank account.

Sinngemäß soweit ich es verstanden habe:
Luciano hatte ein Buch über Booklooker für 761 Euro bestellt, was er sofort bezahlen wollte.
Aus irgendeinem Grund war seine Käufeliste nicht aktualisiert, als er überweisen wollte,
so dass er die Kontoinfos für den vorhergehenden Kauf angezeigt bekam, und fälschlicherweise dorthin überwies.

Als er dies bemerkte, versuchte er diese Verkäuferin zu erreichen,
die sich damals, nach einigen Stunden, noch nicht zurückgemeldet hatte.
Auch Booklooker riet zum Abwarten.

Da die IBAN zu einem deutschen Konto gehörte, der Name aber ukrainisch war,
und die Dame sich nicht zeitnah zurückmeldete, gingen bei Luciano die Betrugsbefürchtungen los.

Was schlußendlich aus dieser Sache geworden ist? Keine Ahnung!
